Hard Cap ADSL is Launched!
We are thrilled to inform you that we have launched our new Hard Cap ADSL product as part of our ADSL product range. We have worked very hard at this new product and are very proud of it. We believe that this product is one of the best products available in South Africa, with top grade performance and features.
Key features of the new product are:
- Fiber-based - ALL traffic runs over Fiber, not satellite
- Semi-Shaped - Semi-Shaped traffic offers the best option for consumers, with NO SHAPING from 19h00 - 07h00, and all weekend.
- Top-Ups - All accounts can be topped up with monthly top-ups.
- 12 Month Top-Ups - In addition to monthly top-ups we are also offering a top-up which will carry over unused top-up traffic for 12 months from sign-up.

We are very confident in the performance of this product, as well as in its price. Most low cost ADSL available in the market is for Shaped traffic. Our new product is Semi-Shaped at a lower price. We would encourage you to sign up an account for yourself to test it out.

Please note the following in terms of this:
The Hard Cap ADSL product is made up of two parts - the base ADSL product, which we're currently referring to as "Power ADSL", and the associated Data product, or Gigs, which consists of the monthly subscription and any top-ups your customer may buy.
So, any product with the word "month" in the descriptions denotes a Top-Up and has NO monthly fee, only a startup fee. For example, "3GB Power Blended" is a monthly 3GB Data product, "1GB 1 month Power Blended" is a top-up of 1GB Data product which lasts to the end of the month, and "2GB 12 month Power Blended" is a 12 month is a top-up of 2GB Data product which carries over any unused data for 12 months.

ADSL Lines are Launched!
We are also launching ADSL lines as part of our service offering. With this new service your clients no longer need to deal with Telkom, they can work through your BISP and our call center to get ADSL installed. We will take care of all provisioning, support and billing.
We are offering all three line speed options, and as with all of our products you can set your own Retail pricing. Our Wholesale pricing is 10% off of Telkom prices, meaning you can be price competitive with these products.
