Online end-user signup

Signing up a new customer for any of your products can be done either by having them run your signup CD (provided), or by using the online signup.

The online signup is an integral part of your web site (Customer Zone) and is an automatic, web-based process which takes only a few minutes to complete. With most of our products, such as with dial-up, your new customers are active just as soon as they complete the signup process.

As a part of the signup process we collect your customer's contact and banking details, all of which goes into your customer database. This information is then available for use by you, our call center and for billing.
